What are the requirements?
What method is available to pay rent?
We offer different options such as Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Cash app, or credit card (2% processing fee)
Can I rent a room way in advance?
Yes, that is an option. We have many rooms, and rooms always come available. We have a lot of similar rooms so if its not the exact room, it will be of one of similar size and furnishings.
Do you have Air conditioning?
We do have Air conditioning units available that we can offer, however we do charge for the electricity usage, this will be stated on the rules for your specific unit.
Are pets allowed?
No sorry, we have a no pet policy.
What is the move in cost?
The move in cost is the first months rent plus utilities or cleaning fee plus the security deposit.
What is the procedure if I want to leave and move out?
If you are a month to month guest with no specific move out date, you will need to give 30 days notice from the 1st of the previous month. If you leave before the date stated on the application form you completed you will lose your security deposit unless you find a replacement person to move in that we can approve with the requirements met.
Are couples accepted?
Yes we do have some room options where we can accommodate a couple. There is an additional rental amount for two people of $150/month.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
We have a strict no smoking policy in all our buildings. If you smoke you can however visit the roof top for a puff but we are very strict against smoking in the apartments or the building hallways.
